Kachumber Salad

I like to serve this refreshing salad with tandoori chicken, lamb, shrimp or any grilled meats and seafood.
Kachumber Salad Recipe
Ingredients

1 red onion (small dice)

4 large tomatoes (de-seeded and small dice)

1 Large English cucumber (peeled, de-seeded and small dice)

2 tbsn cumin seeds (dry toasted)
-
2 tspn nigella seeds (dry toasted)
-
1 lime (juice and zest)
-
¼ Cup Chopped Cilantro Leaf
-
Salt & black pepper.
​Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, toss well to combine, cover with cling film/plastic wrap and chill for one hour.
