Smoked Salmon Rillette
This recipe is not only the perfect way to make use of strips of leftover smoked salmon, but also makes an ideal appetizer or canape before a celebration meal. The combination of the smoky salmon with sour cream, tangy capers, a small amount of heat and citrus is perfect with crackers, potato chips or crostini.

6 oz Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon (Flaked)

½ Cup Sour Cream

1 Bunch Fresh Dill (chopped)

1 Clove Garlic (Minced)

1 Bunch Chives (Chopped)

1 Lemon (Juice and Zest)

1 Shallot (Fine Dice)

1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

½ Teaspoon Salt

½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Fold all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, until they are well combined.

Place in a fridge safe container and chill until ready to serve.
